Ballina Carers Support Group are hosting a 'Hair Cutting and Donation ' fundraising night for the children's charity Little Princess and Ballina The Loft Bar, Ballina on Friday 22nd February at 9pm. This is a fun night with waxing etc. and fantastic raffle prizes. Come along and enjoy the craic.


The Rosary will be recited in the Oratory of the Fr. Peyton Centre this Thursday and every Thursday at 12noon or join us on Facebook live.


The Annual Achonry Lourdes Collection take place this weekend 16th and 17th February. (There is an envelope in your offertory box for this collection). The Pilgrimage takes place this year from the 29th August to the 3rd September. Each year the Pilgrimage brings about 30 people in the sick section. This collection helps to cover some of the costs involved.

Towards Peace is a service offering spiritual support to those who have experienced abuse perpetrated by Church personnel, individually or institutionally. The vision of Towards Peace is to provide a safe supportive space for people and their families, whose spiritual life has been damaged by abuse. It is also a response to the continually growing understanding of the spiritual impact of the trauma of abuse. Towards Peace provides spiritual support through one-to-one spiritual direction sessions, with a qualified spiritual companion. "Being a Christian in Early Centuries of the Church's Existence" and the remarkable individuals that populated it. will be delivered by Salvador Ryan, Professor of Ecclesiastical History, Maynooth, on Tuesday evenings, February 26th, March 5th, 19th and 26th from 7.30 to 9.30.

"A Taster in Theology" is for a course in Pastoral Leadership which will be delivered by Ms. Jane Ferguson, Psychotherapist and Lecturer in Pastoral Ministry and Liturgy. The course is suitable for members of Parish Pastoral Councils, Parish Finance Committees, those involved in various church ministries. Thursday evenings, March 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 8.00pm to 9.30pm. Fee for either €80 Bookings: 096-72066.


Attymass Walking Group Meet every Sunday morning at 11:30am in the Community Centre. Suitable for all levels. All most welcome to join us.


We at Mayo Roscommon Hospice would like to include you as a 'Friend of Hospice' on our bank of volunteers to help with some our fundraising events during the year.
